Financial Impact and Cost/Benefit Considerations: The financial impact of the proposed 2018-2019 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Plan will not be known until after the full KPI Plan Years conclude on December 31, 2018 and December 31, 2019.
Discussion
The Board of Directors may consider approving updates to the 2017-2018 KPI to be implemented in the 2019 KPI Plan Year.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the 2019 Key Performance Indicator Plan Methodology presented to the Board this day is hereby approved and adopted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer or designees are authorized to take all actions necessary to implement this resolution.
