Discussion
The Board of Directors may consider approving the following updates and amendments to the 2017-2018 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Plan.
• SAIDI, ARCOS and Estimated Time of Restoration will be calculated on a rolling 12 month basis, instead of year to date.
• ARCOS targets are reduced by 5% each, to 70-75-80%.
• The target for Energy Audits are split into a P1/P2 target.
• Utilization of volunteer time changes will be removed in alignment with new Volunteer Participation Policy.
• The metric for Number of PEC-Sponsored Volunteer Opportunities will be replaced with PEC-Sponsored Volunteer Activities with a target of 1 / 4 - 2 / 5 - 3 / 6 and a category weight of 30%.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the amendments to the 2017 - 2018 Key Performance Indicators Plan as outlined to the Board in the attached Plan amendment, with any modifications made by the Board this day, are hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions necessary to implement the 2017 - 2018 Key Performance Indicators Plan and otherwise effectuate the purposes of this resolution.
