Financial Impact and Cost/Benefit Considerations: Expenditure of Cooperative funds for change order for the Leander to Blockhouse to Whitestone transmission line upgrade project. Due to changes in scope, the construction contract with Volt, LLC exceeded the amount approved by resolution 2020-248 in July 2020.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the contract for construction services to upgrade the Leander to Blockhouse to Whitestone transmission line be amended to increase the contract amount as discussed in Executive Session of this meeting; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer or designee is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
