BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, the Board rescinds the action taken earlier today on Legislative File #2021-014, Approval of 2021 NRECA Annual Membership Dues; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as may be necessary to implement this resolution.
