Discussion
This request is to award Vector Fleet Management a contract to perform routine maintenance and repairs to PEC fleet vehicles and equipment. The fleet continues to grow with the cooperative so there is a heavy reliance on these contracted services to ensure we can respond to member needs in a safe and timely manner.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve a five (5) year Contract/Agreement with Vector Fleet Management for fleet maintenance and repair services not to exceed $15,000,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
