Discussion
The Cooperative may authorize negotiation and employment agreement terms for Chief Executive Officer of the Cooperative.
Body
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the Cooperative authorizes negotiation and approves execution of the terms of an employment agreement for the position of Chief Executive Officer; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the President of the Board of Directors, or designee, is authorized to take such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
