Discussion
This request is to extend the agreement for TRC Engineers, Inc. an additional 3 years through March 2024. TRC is used to perform services necessary to conduct a security vulnerability assessment and develop a master plan to address the results of the assessment and to provide security consulting services as required. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve a 3-year extension to the TRC Engineers agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
