Discussion
This request is to add an order to the GVCS Master Services Agreement to support the install fees and costs for communication and circuits necessary at 11 substations and both data centers through 2024.
Body
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve a 52 month extension to the GVCS agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
