Expenditure of Cooperative funds is not anticipated to be impacted; expenditures of staff time not anticipated to be impacted.
Discussion
The Board of Directors approved a restructuring of the Cooperative’s Tariff and Business Rules on February 21, 2020. The existing forms listed below were included in the Tariff as part of that approval. The Cooperative is asking approval to update all forms within the Tariff and include an additional form at this time.
The following forms found in Section 700 Appendices include:

Section 700.1: Membership Application and Certificate
Section 700.2: Residential Letter of Guaranty
Section 700.3: PrePaid Payment Option Member Agreement
Section 700.4: Medical Necessity Program Application
Section 700.5: Critical Load Program Application
Section 700.6: Facilities Rental Service Agreement
Section 700.7: Interconnect Agreement 50 KW or Less
Section 700.8: Interconnect Agreement 50 kW to 400 kW
Section 700.9: Primary Level Service Agreement
Additional Form to Add to Tariff:
Section 700.10 PEC Application for Easement Release
Revisions include non-substantive changes to include formatting style change to ensure consistency including headers, numbering, bulleting, and fonts and provide additional clarity.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE that the Cooperative approves the Tariff and Business Rules Section 700 Appendices (Forms) as attached hereto, with such changes, if any, as were approved by the Board, to become effective upon Board approval, unless otherwise specified in the Tariff and Business Rules; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
