Discussion
The Cooperative will consider the upgrade of our current electromechanical meters to newer radio frequency meters. The Cooperative issued RFP 2019-013 and Aclara meters were selected for this project. Techline is the designated supplier for the Aclara meters and is one of our existing master suppliers for electrical equipment along with TEC. The Meter Supply Agreement will have a term of 3 years with an option to extend for an additional 3 years. If the 3 year renewal option is desired, the Board will be presented with a resolution to cover the additional term.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the Board authorize the negotiation and execution of the Meter Supply Agreement with Techline for the provision of AMI Aclara meters.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
