This request is to extend the contract with Verizon through December 2024. This contract is for communications, circuit and telephone support at PEC offices, substations and data centers.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve a Verizon contract extension through December 2024; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions needed to implement this resolution.
