Discussion
A budget amendment is requested to purchase additional SCADA hardware to continue work on a current project. This request will not result in an increase to the IT budget. This budget amendment request is to move funds from CIP projects 190ITD010 and 190ITD008 to CIP project 190ITD002.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve a Capital Improvement Plan budget amendment for SCADA hardware; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
