Discussion
The Leander substation currently has three transformers and 3 transmission lines terminating into it. The LCRA Round Rock to Leander 138kV transmission line will be added in February, 2020. The configuration at the Leander substation will need to be adjusted to a breaker and half bus scheme to provide the proper reliability for the Leander substation. Recommendation to approve the contract for construction services to upgrade the Leander substation 138kV bus to a breaker and half configuration.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the Cooperative approve the construction contract for the 2019-2020 CIP Project Leander Bus Rebuild; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer or designee is hereby authorized to take such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
