Pursuant to the Elections Policy and Procedures, section 9.2, a post-election analysis is provided to the Board.
9.2 Post-Election Analysis Within two months after the Annual Meeting, the General Counsel will conduct a review of all facets of the PEC Elections, and will present to the Board any recommended modification to PEC Election Policy or Procedures.
