This request is to extend the contract with SME Solutions Group, Inc. through July 2022. The current contract expires in July 2019. This contract is for maintenance and support of Qlik, our enterprise dashboarding and data analytics solution.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve an SME Solutions Group, Inc. contract extension through July 2022; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
