Discussion
The Transmission Level Rate, draft Section 100.21 of the Tariff and Business Rules, is a new rate created by request of a new Member who will be receiving power at Transmission voltage level (60 KV or above).
A draft resolution and the draft tariff language of new Section 100.21 for a Transmission Level Rate was presented to the Board at the October Board meeting. The Board was asked to approve the new Transmission Level Rate during the November Board Meeting. However, the new Section 100.21 language in the Tariff and Business Rules was inadvertently excluded in the Board package for approval. Consequently, the Board may now approve the added language in Section 100.21.
Staff seeks approval of this resolution to finalize the approval of the new Transmission Level Rate, Section 100.21 of the Tariff and Business Rules document.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE that the Cooperative approves the amendments to the Tariff and Business Rules with any modifications approved by the Board this day to become effective as of December 17th, 2018 unless otherwise specified in the Tariff and Business Rules; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
