Discussion
This request is to extend the contract with Modis, Inc. for an additional 2 years through August 2020. This contract was competitively bid in 2015 and it expires in August 2018. As a result of the competitive bid, a contract was awarded to two companies, Modis and Randstad, allowing IT to get highly skilled resources through two national staffing firms. The Randstad contract extension (through August 2020) was approved in 2017 in resolution 2017-472.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve a 2 year extension to the Modis, Inc. staffing contract through August 2020; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
