Discussion
This request is to renew and extend our NISC iVUE software maintenance and AMS (Automated Mail Services) contracts for 3 years. This extension will also include an estimated $200K annually for new development expense (based on 2017 actual costs). The software maintenance includes support for all the iVUE components (ABS, CC&B, SmartHub, Call Capture, SmartTrack, MDM, AppSuite). The AMS portion includes mail and postage cost for bills and any correspondence that his handled by NISC.
The current NISC maintenance contract expires in January 2018.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approves a 3 year extension to the NISC iVUE software maintenance and AMS agreements; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such action as may be necessary to implement this resolution.
