Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc. utilizes low voltage (600 volts or less) electrical services in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, capital improvement, and capital replacement of its Distribution System, particularly when such work involves member equipment. Through the competitive bid process, PEC has selected 6 vendors (Quick Connect, CL Electric, Doyle Electric, A&J Electric, James Powerline, and DJ Electric) to perform this work. This team of contractors will perform this work for the next five years and be administered through a Master Service Agreement not exceed $30 million.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Low Voltage Electrical Services projects for 2018 through 2022 be performed through a Master Service Agreement among the contractors as discussed this day; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the services will be performed by the following contractors and will not exceed $30,000,000 or a five-year term;
