Discussion
The Board may consider designation of voting delegates and alternates to upcoming NRECA, NRTC, and CFC annual meetings.
The NRECA Annual Meeting will be held in Nashville, Tennessee from February 26-28, 2018. NRECA requires voting delegates to cast votes in person at the business meeting on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 approximately 10:30 am.
NRTC Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, February 25 from 3:30 - 4:30 pm.
CFC Annual Meeting will be held Monday, February 26 from 3:00 - 4:30 pm. CFC Bylaws permit members to cast ballot by mail.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the officers of the PEC Board be allowed to appoint the voting delegate and alternate delegate based on availability and travel plans of the directors attending the 2018 NRECA Annual Meeting.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer or designee is authorized to take all such actions necessary to implement this resolution.
