The service contract for Telecom Management Resources (TMR) is being extended for an additional three years. TMR aggregates thousands of telecommunication invoices to 1 invoice per month per provider. TMR also reviews billings and makes recommendation for savings.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the service contract for TMR be amended to extend the contract for an additional 3 years; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Financial Officer is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
