Total expenditure of Cooperative funds estimated in the amount of approximately $45,000,000 for a five (5) year period (to be included in the Cooperative's operating budget).
Discussion
The Cooperative currently uses third-party line-worker services to support the following divisions:
• Engineering Support Services - Inspecting and testing technical services
• Operations - Installation and replacing of maintenance service work throughout the districts
• Control Center & Emergency Preparedness - Storm response and emergency outages
A request for proposal was concluded and the evaluation team selected the following contractors to perform these services:
James Power Line Construction, LLC
T&D Solutions, LLC
MasTec
Standard Utility
The Cooperative is requesting a five year term beginning approximately from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022 with each contractor for an aggregate amount of $45,000,000 for the program.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the Cooperative enter into those Line-Worker Staffing Services Agreements each for a term of five (5) with the contractors as discussed in Executive Session; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Financial Officer is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
