BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the Cooperative seek a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) Service Territory Boundary Exception at the Public Utility Commission based request on the request from New Braunfels Utilities, as discussed in Executive Session; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
