Discussion:
All multi-function printers and copiers throughout the Cooperative are leased through Xerox Financial Services and supported by Dahill. Support includes maintenance and supplies. This request is to renew and amend expiring schedules of leased equipment and support services for a three-year term, extend the terms of existing equipment schedules with Xerox Financial Services and Dahill for additional 3 year terms, and add additional equipment and support services from time to time for a term that does not extend beyond 2022. The current contracts include existing multiple schedules for equipment and support services with varying expiration dates (2017, 2018, 2019). After approval, the 3-year extensions would include expiration dates of 2020, 2021 and 2022.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the contract for the Dahill printer lease and support services be amended to extend the contract; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer or his designee is authorized to take such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
