BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE that the transformer alliance, as discussed in Executive Session, be approved for 2018 at the February 20, 2017 Board Meeting under Resolution 2017-012; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer or his designee is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
