BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the 2017- 2018 Key Performance Indicator Plan Methodology presented to the Board this day is hereby approved and adopted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or his designees, are authorized to take all actions necessary to implement this resolution.
