Discussion
In July 2020, the Board approved a master supply agreement for power transformers. The existing Power Transformer Alliance Master Supply Agreement expires December 31, 2025. Due to the long lead times for receiving substation power transformers, Engineering is pursuing a five-year Master Supply Agreement for placement of orders for these items.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the Cooperative approve a five-year Master Supply Agreement for substation power transformers; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer or designee is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
