Discussion
Section 3.2 of the Election Procedures provides that the Board will consider, amend (if desired), and approve an Election Timeline at least 6 months prior to each Annual Meeting of Members. The timeline sets out the key dates relative to the election to be held before the Annual Meeting.
The Board may now review and approve the revised 2021 Election Timeline based on modifications to the Board of Director's Regular Meeting schedule. The March and April Regular Board meetings may be modified as approved by the Board. The Election Timeline adopted by the Board indicated that "Dates listed here are subject to change for Board of Directors' Meeting dates."
The Board's Regular Meeting schedule includes the following:
* February 19, 2021 meeting was rescheduled to February 26, 2021, by resolution #2021-106;
* March 19, 2021 meeting was changed to March 26, 2021 by resolution #2021-146; and
* Today the Board will consider rescheduling the April 16, 2021 meeting to April 23, 2021 by resolution #2021-139.
