Discussion
The Cooperative allows third-party entities to attach its equipment to PEC’s facilities upon satisfaction of various conditions. One requirement for attachment to PEC’s facilities is the execution of pole attachment agreements. Generally, the pole attachment agreements and standards set forth the rental fees and other fees to be charged for the attachment to PEC’s facilities. In 2004, the Board approved various rates and fees to be charged for the attachment to PEC’s facilities.
The Board will consider updating the pole attachment fee structure and additional charges for third-parties to attach to PEC’s facilities.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PEDERNALES ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. that the Cooperative update its fee structure and additional charges for attachment to PEC’s facilities, as discussed by the Board during Executive Session of this meeting; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
