This request is to extend the agreement with Oracle through December 2025. Oracle provides databases and database support for and critical PEC enterprise solutions - iVUE, Time of Use calculator, TWACS (metering solution), Landis+Gyr and various online forms.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve a 5-year extension to the Oracle agreement through 2025; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
