Financial Impact and Cost/Benefit Considerations: Expenditures for the five-year term in the aggregate total $2,529,241.05; expenditures of approximately $505,848.21 for one-year are currently included within the Cooperative's Budget for 2022; remaining costs will be included for future budget years); no additional staff time expected (other than ordinary processing requirements).
Discussion
The contract for the current Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is expiring in May 2022. The HRIS addresses the managing of employee job and pay information, to provide applicant tracking systems, maintain job site processes, and house learning/training system and performance management systems. A competitive solicitation was conducted in March 2022 for this platform and adding payroll and timekeeping as well as HR document storage solutions. The vendor selected for the HRIS is SAP SuccessFactors for a five (5) year term.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, that the Cooperative negotiate, execute and deliver an agreement with respect to its HRIS with the vendor for the term and costs as described; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer or designee is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
