Discussion
The proposed amendments allow the Cooperative to extend the adjustment for Primary Level Service to all Member classes, which currently only applies to Large Power Members. This amendment will remove the Large Power Primary rate schedule and add an additional line item called the Primary Service Adjustment (PSA). The PSA will be the mechanism used to adjust a Member’s bill for transformation line losses receiving primary level service. Additionally, billing in this manner will simplify the billing system by having less rate schedules.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE that the Cooperative approves the amendments to the Tariff and Business Rules as attached hereto with such changes, if any, as were approved by the Board to become effective on June 1, 2020 as specified in the Tariff and Business Rules; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
