This request is to extend the agreement with Masergy Communications through December 2020. Masergy provides managed security solutions that provide 24x7 managed detection and response of any abnormal and unexpected network traffic across the PEC network. Masergy monitors, detects and alerts IT staff to unusual and malicious network traffic both internally and externally.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve a 1-year extension to the Masergy Communications agreement through December 2020; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
