Board appointment and designation of voting delegates to National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC): The CFC District Meeting will be held at the National Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (NRECA) Regional Meeting In-Person in Dallas, Texas from October 19-21, 2021, or Online from October 20-21, 2021. The schedule of the 2021 NRECA and CFC meetings is attached and made part of this agenda item.
On February 26, 2021, the Board approved the following voting and alternate delegates for the CFC Annual Meeting:
Amy Akers, Voting Delegate
Mark Ekrut, Alternate Delegate

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the following Directors are appointed and designated as authorized representatives of the Cooperative to serve as the voting delegates of the Cooperative and to cast the vote of the Cooperative for matters pertaining to the 2021 District 10 Meeting of the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation: Amy Akers as Voting Delegate and Mark Ekrut as Alternate Delegate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer or designee is authorized to take such actions necessary to implement this resolution.
