The Board approved a list of future meeting dates and locations for 2020 in June 2020, and approved and adopted the amended 2020 List of Proposed Future Meetings on September 18, 2020, and now may consider the dates and locations for the 2021 list of proposed future meetings.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Cooperative adopt the 2021 List of Proposed Future Meetings, that was presented to and discussed by the Board this day; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as may be necessary to implement this resolution.
