Discussion
The Board may to consider rescheduling the November 2017 Regular Meeting. Currently the meeting is scheduled for the week of the Thanksgiving Holiday. The Board may change the Regular Meeting date pursuant to Bylaws Article IV, Section 1.
Bylaws Article IV, Section 1. Regular Board Meetings: A regular meeting of the Board of Directors shall be held on the third Monday of each month at the E. Babe Smith Headquarters Building of the Cooperative in Blanco County, Texas, unless another meeting location, time and/or date is set by the Board of Directors ("Regular Board Meeting").

BE IT RESOLVED BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the 2017 Regular Board Meeting of the Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PEC) for the month of November be rescheduled to Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 9:00 AM; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer or designee is authorized to take such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
