Discussion

 

Audio and video upgrades will be made to the large safety/training rooms at Cedar Park, Oak Hill and Junction.  These upgrades will enable video conferencing and collaboration across locations and reduce travel.  Upgrades will include HD 4K monitors and video, high quality audio, noise reduction, in-ceiling speakers and wireless microphones. This will enable the district offices to hold joint meetings with real-time video interaction.  The cost for upgrading the 3 rooms at Cedar Park, Oak Hill and Junction is $424,075.92.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the audio/ visual upgrades and amounts discussed by the Board this day, be added to the Cooperative's 2017 Operational Budget; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Financial Officer or designee is authorized to take such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
