Discussion

The Board previously approved a list of future meeting dates and locations for 2019 and 2020 in September 2019 and now may consider amendments to the locations for the 2020 list of future meetings.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Cooperative adopt the 2020 List of Proposed Future Meetings, that was presented to and discussed by the Board this day; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as may be necessary to implement this resolution.
