BE IT RESOLVED BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the 2021 Regular Board Meeting of the Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PEC) for the month of April be rescheduled to Friday, April 23, 2021; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer or designee is authorized to take such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
