By Board's delegation of authority policy, any contract that exceeds a 3-year term must be approved by the Board of Directors of the Cooperative. PEC Financial Services Procurement Department requests board authorization for an extension until September 30, 2017 on three agreements for vendors Urban, Can-fer & MasTec, so PEC staff can reallocate funds to close outstanding invoices. These contract involve overhead distribution construction.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that contract renewals for Urban, Can-fer and MasTec for overhead distribution construction are approved through September 30, 2017; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
