The Board of Directors desires to reaffirm its commitment to the 2017-2020 Strategic Plan as discussed in executive session which outlines a strategic destination for the cooperative.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the 2017- 2020 Strategic Plan presented to the Board this day is reaffirmed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take any necessary actions to implement the 2017 - 2020 Strategic Plan and the purposes of this resolution.
