Recommendation to purchase poles to upgrade the T318 Blanco to Devils Hill transmission line and reconductor with bundled 795 ACSR 138kV.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COOPERATIVE, that the Cooperative approve an agreement for the purchase of materials for the upgrade of the T318 transmission line as described herein; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer or designee is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
