Discussion
This request is to extend the contract (master service agreement) with Data Foundry through April 2022. The current contract expires in June 2020. We need to establish a 3 year DoS (Description of Service) with Data Foundry for the construction of a larger control center within the Data Foundry facility. Without an extension, this DoS would extend past our current contract expiration date of June 2020.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS that the Board approve a Data Foundry contract extension through April 2022; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, is authorized to take all such actions as needed to implement this resolution.
